Warehouses & Logistics

Every device and every site on one secure, managed network

  • Give each device its own Wi-Fi password and, where you need it, the same IP address every time.

  • Staff sign in with their own credentials, and every site runs from one cloud RADIUS.

How we help warehouses and logistics sites

Wi-Fi for large sites full of devices, run consistently across every location.

Devices Kept Separate

Devices such as smart TVs, printers and IoT devices get their own unique Wi-Fi password with xPSK, separate from staff and visitors.

Staff Sign In With Their Own Credentials

With 802.1X, every staff member connects with their own credentials or certificate, instead of one shared password.

Static IPs for Devices

Give specific users or devices the same IP address every time they connect.

Lock Accounts to Devices

Lock an account to specific devices by MAC address, so credentials can't be used on other devices.

Cloud or On-Premises RADIUS

Run RADIUS in the cloud for multi-site networks, or on your own servers to keep authentication inside your network.

Separate Networks for Separate Groups

Place groups on different VLANs, based on their directory groups, to keep traffic apart.

Visitor Wi-Fi Kept Separate

Welcome visitors through a branded captive portal, separate from your staff and devices.

Professional Services

Our network experts can help with design, predictive surveys, installation, testing and more, for new sites or upgrades to your existing network.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do devices connect to the Wi-Fi?

With xPSK, each device gets its own unique Wi-Fi password, separate from your staff and visitor Wi-Fi. If one is lost or no longer needed, it can be removed without changing everyone else's.

How do staff connect to the Wi-Fi?

With 802.1X, each staff member signs in with their own credentials or certificate, checked against your user directory, instead of a shared password.

Can a device keep the same IP address?

Yes. You can assign static IPs to specific users or devices, or assign addresses from different IP pools, for example per group or service tier.

Should we choose cloud or on-premises RADIUS?

Cloud RADIUS suits networks spread across many locations and avoids running server hardware. On-premises RADIUS keeps authentication and user data inside your own network. We'll help you choose based on your requirements.

Can different groups be kept on separate networks?

Yes. Users can be placed on different VLANs and given different policies, such as rate limits, based on their directory groups.

Will it work with our existing Wi-Fi equipment?

Splash Networks works with access points and routers from many vendors. See our Supported Hardware page, or ask us about your equipment.
