How we help gated communities and compounds

Wi-Fi for a whole community, with every group kept on its own access.

A Password for Every Household

Each household gets its own Wi-Fi password on the same network, instead of everyone sharing one.

Staff and Devices Kept Separate

With xPSK, staff and devices each get their own Wi-Fi password, separate from visitor Wi-Fi.

Visitor Wi-Fi

Welcome visitors through a branded captive portal, separate from residents.

Separate Networks for Separate Groups

Place groups on different VLANs to keep traffic apart.

Every Building in One Place

Apply different rules per site, building or SSID, so the same user gets the right policy wherever they connect.

Access Ends When It Should

Decommission one resident's password, or set an expiry date, without affecting anyone else on the network.

Service Tiers

Set upload and download speeds per user, group or service tier.

Our network experts can help with design, predictive surveys, installation, testing and more, for new sites or upgrades to your existing network.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do residents connect to the Wi-Fi?

With xPSK, each household connects with its own unique Wi-Fi password on the same network, so there's no shared password to leak.

How do staff and devices connect?

With xPSK, each staff member or device gets its own unique Wi-Fi password, separate from your resident and visitor Wi-Fi. If one is lost or no longer needed, it can be removed without changing everyone else's.

How do visitors connect?

Through your captive portal, with the sign-in you choose, such as one click or email or SMS verification, separate from resident access.

Can we manage every building in one place?

Yes. You can apply different rules per site, building or SSID, so the same user gets the right policy wherever they connect.

What happens when a resident moves out?

You decommission that user's account, or let it end on an expiry date. Everyone else keeps connecting as normal, with no building-wide password change.

Will it work with our existing Wi-Fi equipment?

Splash Networks works with access points and routers from many vendors. See our Supported Hardware page, or ask us about your equipment.
